Returns & Withdrawal.

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The period starts on the day you (or a third party you nominate) take physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right, send an unambiguous statement to support@remanis.se — you may use the standard withdrawal form below but it's not mandatory. You must return the goods within 14 days of informing us.

In addition to the statutory 14 days, we accept returns of unused items in original condition for up to 30 days from delivery, for any reason.

We refund the price of the goods and standard outbound shipping within 14 days of receiving the return (or proof of dispatch), using the same payment method you used. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

If the value of the goods has been reduced by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, we may deduct that amount.

If an item arrives damaged or turns out to be defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@remanis.se with photos. Consumers have a statutory 3-year complaint period under the Swedish Consumer Purchase Act.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed audio recordings unsealed after delivery, or to bespoke / made-to-order items (e.g. Custom Transfer once production has started).
