Shipping
We ship worldwide from our EU warehouse. Standard delivery is 3–7 business days within the EU/UK, 7–14 business days internationally. Rates and taxes are shown at checkout in your local currency.
Returns
Unopened products can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. If an item arrives damaged, email us within 7 days and we'll replace it or refund you.
Custom Transfer
Custom Transfer orders are made to order and cannot be refunded once production starts, unless we make a mistake — in which case we'll fix it or refund you.
