1. The seller
Remanis Adventures AB (“we”, “us”), organisation number 559101-0078, registered address Fågelvägen 24 b, 141 40 Huddinge, Sweden. Contact: support@remanis.se.
2. Products & orders
All products are sold subject to availability. We reserve the right to correct pricing or product errors and to cancel an order in the event of obvious mistakes, fraud, or stock issues, in which case any payment is refunded in full.
A binding contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email.
3. Prices, currency & taxes
Prices are shown in your selected currency at checkout. Customers within the EU pay Swedish VAT included in the price where applicable. Customers outside the EU may be liable for local import duties, taxes and customs fees on delivery.
4. Payment
Payments are processed by Shopify Payments and Stripe. We never store your full card details. Order is captured when the payment provider authorises it.
5. Delivery
Standard delivery times are 3–7 business days within the EU/UK and 7–14 business days internationally, calculated from dispatch. See Shipping & Returns for details. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
6. Right of withdrawal (consumers in the EU)
Consumers within the EU have a 14-day right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU and the Swedish Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (2005:59). See our Returns & Right of Withdrawal page for how to exercise this right.
7. Warranty & complaints
Consumers have a statutory right to complain about defects for up to three (3) years under the Swedish Consumer Purchase Act (Konsumentköplagen 2022:260). Report defects within a reasonable time — typically within two months of discovery — to support@remanis.se.
Vintage electronics are sold in used condition. We describe cosmetic wear and functional condition honestly; ordinary wear consistent with the description is not considered a defect.
8. Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the order, save for damages caused by gross negligence or wilful misconduct. Nothing in these terms limits any statutory rights you have as a consumer.
9. Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by Swedish law. Consumer disputes can be referred to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN, arn.se) or via the EU ODR platform ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
10. Changes
We may update these terms; the version in force at the time of your order applies to that order.
